The president
The president of the LAPS Foundation is entrepreneur Lapo Elkann, who decided to establish the Foundation out of the conviction that, together, we have the opportunity to give back to the world a little of what we have received—by serving the community, each with our own talents, but above all with all our hearts.
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is primarily responsible for approving: the three-year and annual guidelines for the Foundation's project activities, the development of individual projects, agreements, contracts, memoranda of understanding, and the budget.
The Secretary General
The Secretary General develops the Board of Directors' guidelines and oversees all of its operational areas.
Supervisory Bodies
The LAPS Foundation has adopted an organizational and management model, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, aimed at ensuring the proper management of its activities and the prevention of various types of crimes. Consequently, a Supervisory Body has been appointed to continuously monitor compliance with the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, the Code of Ethics, the Organizational Regulations, and the aforementioned organizational management model.
